Since its founding in 2008, Speranza Consulting and Investments (SCI) has grown from a local investment company to a multifaceted business leader. With deep roots in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Florida, SCI continues to expand its portfolio in real estate, franchises, and strategic investments. OUR HISTORY

Building a Legacy of Growth, Excellence, and Integrity.

2008 - Cranberry TWP, PA

Founded SCI and opened the first Goddard School location in Cranberry Township, led by Matt and Dina Speranza.

2010 - Moon TWP, PA

Expanded real estate holdings, securing key properties in the Moon Township area.

2013 - Moon TWP, PA

Opened a new Goddard School in Moon Township, with Jay & Carol Maier leading the operation.

2015 - Downtown Pittsburgh, PA

Completed a building refit for the Goddard School in Pittsburgh’s 1st-floor building, led by Brian Pogel.

2017 - Chagrin Falls, OH

Acquired the Goddard School in Chagrin Falls, expanding into Ohio with Kim & Scott DiMuzio.

2018 - Broadview Heights, OH & Gibsonia, PA

Purchased the Goddard School in Broadview Heights and added real estate holdings in Gibsonia.

2018 - Horsham, PA

New Goddard School purchase in Horsham, expanding SCI’s presence in Pennsylvania.

2020 - Cranberry TWP, PA & North Huntingdon, PA

Expanded real estate holdings in Cranberry Township and opened a new Goddard School in North Huntingdon.

2021 - Wexford, PA

Acquisition of Goddard School in Wexford, marking continued growth in educational investments.

2022 - Hudson, OH

Acquired the Goddard School in Hudson, continuing growth in Ohio under Tim Pierce.

2023 - Marshallton, PA

Independent milestone to highlight the addition of a Goddard School in Marshallton.

2023 - Spring House, PA

New Goddard School build in Spring House, underscoring SCI’s commitment to building top-tier educational facilities.

2024 - Chester Springs, PA

Upcoming Goddard School purchase, extending SCI’s footprint in the education sector.

2024 - Aurora, OH

Projected occupancy in December, adding a new Goddard School to serve the Ohio community.

Mars PA – NEW Goddard School build is scheduled for completion in the summer.
